My Story. In my executive roles. I've watched smart people and good ideas get impeded by the organizations they were supposed to animate. I kept asking the same question: why does organizational design so reliably defeat the human potential inside it? That question sent me on a long research journey — through Austrian economics, through the literature on entrepreneurship, through conversations with CEO's, academics, practitioners, and founders — that eventually produced the solution: make the customer the boss. Define value in the customer's terms. Remove the barriers that stand between service providers and customers' aspirations. The organization that does this becomes something genuinely different — faster, more adaptive, and very hard to compete with. In partnership with HumanCentric Labs, I bring the value creation operations layer that makes the Highly Adaptable Organization real: not as a vision, but as an 18-to-24-month journey with measurable results at every step.

Most organizations are spending on AI without winning with it. The gap is structural: the job-based model cannot integrate human talent and AI as a unified value-creating force.
