As a member of the core team of HCL who has developed the Talent+AI SMMS Transformation Model, I am committed to spreading the message with the major industry organizations and helping influence end-users, occupiers, and other stakeholders involved to adopt this new business model to overcome the gaps and constraints that they experience in crafting their strategy and execution, alongside the rest of the HCL Team.

Most industry organizations are addressing the new distributed workplace and workforce using legacy change management models that deliver limited results. We haven't yet seen the full impact of AI and robotics on corporate ROI and KPIs, or on employee well-being, because they haven't integrated AI talent into strategy and execution. HCL's mission is to deliver this message to the marketplace with a clear action plan and strategy
