About our Speaker and topic:

The subject of the transformed workplace has never been as urgent as it is now. In this discussion, we have the privilege to showcase Kate Lister and Nida Mehtab, thought leaders in our industry, to share how the workplace is transforming. They will discuss workplace flexibility trends, and emerging norms crucial foster value creation.

Kate and Nida newly released extensive research describes best practices and highlights that 75% of organizations lack manager training to manage distributed teams or to rethink effective collaboration and meetings. They will describe what is and isn’t working in the shift to distributed work and how work practices and processes will need to change if organizations genuinely want to empower people to do their best work.
